How to identify an unknown number?

To identify a number from Orange Phone, many methods are available.

From your call log

Just share the unknown number from your call log with the Orange Phone application

• Press the ⓘ icon next to the number and then the option "Share Contact"

 

• Then choose "Identify with Orange Phone" in the list of actions at the bottom of your screen
• The result will be displayed in the app

 

Directly from the Orange Phone application:

From the "Identify" menu, you can enter the number you want to identify in the search bar and press the search icon.

                                                 

You can also copy the number from the call log of your iPhone, then you open the Orange Phone application. It will automatically suggest you to search for the copied number. Press on "Identify number".

Note : you can consult the page Access to the clipboard to optimize the display of the system popup linked to the paste action.

                                                 

Finally, you have the possibility to Scan directly a number from the Orange Phone app to identify it:

• from the text field, make a long click
• click on AutoFill then Scan Phone Number (on the right of the contextual menu)
• the scan window will be displayed in the bottom of the screen
